JSC “WTC Moscow” held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
OREANDA-NEWS. Took place the regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “WTC” on the results of the Company’s operation in 2014.
Vladimir Salamatov, WTC Moscow Director General, put before the shareholders a record of the Company's activities in 2014, paying particular attention to the work of the business units and market segments condition. He also noted the achievements and plans for the development of the World Trade Center in current challenging economical conditions. At the meeting a special focus was placed on the report on the use of funds allocated by the Company in the past year to a Charity Foundation “Homeless Children’s Assistance Center” of the RF CCI.
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was traditionally held a procedure of the election and approval of candidates for membership in the JSC “WTC” Board of Directors and in the Audit Commission.
Voting results for election of a new Board of Directors of the Association were announced at the 46th WTCA General Assembly. Vladimir Salamatov, CEO of the World Trade Center Moscow, became one of the four members of the Board from the European Region.
