National company KazMunayGaz JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter of informed KASE "of drawing NC "KazMunayGaz" JSC (hereinafter – KMG) to administrative responsibility according to article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposing on KMG an administrative penalty to the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) monthly calculation indices".
