OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe - Photodevice OJSC, a Shvabe Holding enterprise, held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The meeting adopted the following resolutions: it approved the Company's annual report and annual financial statements for 2014, including a profit and loss statement (profit and loss accounts); elected new members to the Board of Directors; and approved the Company's auditor for 2015 and revised Articles of Association.

Sales revenues of Shvabe - Photodevice OJSC increased by 7.3% in 2014, with revenue per employee up by 20.4%.

The enterprise's key targets for 2015 are to increase its sales revenues and revenue per employee by 8.1% and 13.3%, respectively.
