The rating affirmation is driven by the company's affiliation with a large financial group, considerable market experience, business line diversification and transparency. The rating recognizes Otkritie AM's effectiveness in managing clients' assets.

The rating is pressured by a substantial decline in Otkritie AM's assets under management, caused by a reduction in the amount of mutual funds managed by the company.
