OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Insurance House Pokrovitel, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3869; location: 57 Dubininskaya Street, bldg. 2, Moscow, 115054, TIN 7701343471; PSRN 1037701920552, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1034, dated 12 May 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Igor Rekunov (mailing address: 26 Elovaya Alleya Street, apt. 38, Kaliningrad, the Kaliningrad Region, 236038), member of the non-profit partnership Far-Eastern Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (92 Krasnorechenskaya Street, Liter B, post office No. 6, P.O. Box 95/36, Khabarovsk, 680006), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
