Cyan is focussed on delivering smart metering and lighting technology to next generation economies, providing energy companies with the technology to support demand management, as well as enabling consumers to manage their energy consumption effectively."
Bes Bezuidenhout, Chief Executive of Adenco, commented: "In South Africa demand to deploy energy efficient infrastructure is growing. Cyan's technology supports the management of energy consumption as well as demand side management to control peak load."
As part of its collaboration with partners in South Africa, Cyan is participating over the next three days in Africa Utility Week in Cape Town, South Africa**. Cyan's Vice President, Mark Coyle will present, 'Why Africa should get 'smart' with its metering' on day one of the conference programme.
