OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of BELIMO Holding AG has decided to decentralize the group division Global Product Management as of the end of June 2015. The tasks of this division will be taken over by the existing organization. The reason for the move is to be closer to clients and markets in order to recognize client needs and product requirements.

As part of this reorganization, Felix Winter, head of the group division Global Product Management and member of the Group Executive Committee, will leave the Belimo Group. The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Felix Winter for his dedication to the company.

The Belimo Group is a leading global manufacturer of innovative electrical actuator solutions and valve systems for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The Group generated sales of CHF 494 million in 2014 and employs close to 1450 people.
