OREANDA-NEWS. Züblin Board Member Urs Ledermann will not stand for re-election at AGM 2015.

Mr. Urs Ledermann, Member of the Board of Directors of Z?blin Immobilien Holding AG, has informed the Board and the Management about his decision not to stand for re-election on occasion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30, 2015.

The Board of Directors regrets that decision and thanks Mr. Ledermann for his valuable support and contribution.
