OREANDA-NEWS. CLT passenger traffic held firm January - March 2015 compared to the same time period last year, only inching up 0.1 percent. During the first three months of this year, 10,344,920 travelers visited the Airport. Last year at that time, 10,334,799 passengers had flown through Charlotte Douglas.

International passenger traffic dipped 2 percent from 645,271 passengers traveling abroad (January - March 2014) to 630,638 fliers (January - March 2015).

Operations saw a slight bump of 0.5 percent, overseeing 130,823 landings and departures January - March 2015 compared to 130,199 aircraft movements January - March 2014.

Cargo activity experienced a 3 percent jump, rising from 30,849 tons (January - March 2014) to 31,647 tons through March of this year.
