OREANDA-NEWS. Swedbank has amended the terms of the Securities Account / Brokerage Agreement in connection with launch of debt securities transactions section on the Internet Banking site. The amendments stipulate that transaction confirmations on transactions entered into via Internet Banking will be sent by the bank to customers on the Internet Banking site. Amendments have also been made in the customer identification procedure, providing for an option for brokers, in exceptional cases, to identify the customer on the basis of the means of identification set forth in the remote banking services agreement – username and security token or code card.Another amendment is the extension, from 15 days to 30 days, of the period of notifying customers of amendments to the terms of the agreement which the bank is entitled to make unilaterally.
