National Rating Agency has affirmed its national scale 'A’ credit rating on ‘13 MASHKOVA’ BC Limited Liability Co. based on the ‘RS3’ support rating, which reflects the company’s ability to get support from a large investment group. The company’s rating falls into the “Holding and Financial Companies” section of NRA’s Rating List.
