Rabobank announced today that the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Nederland will nominate PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants NV as its new external auditor with effect from the 2016 financial year at the General Meeting to be held on 18 June 2015. The nomination is the result of a careful selection procedure carried out by the bank in recent months. The present auditor, Ernst & Young Accountants, will perform the audit for 2015. The bank wishes to express its appreciation for the many years in which Ernst & Young Accountants has audited the financial statements with a high level of professionalism.
