OREANDA-NEWS. The annual general meeting of shareholders has been held in State institute of applied optics Science and Production Association OJSC, a Schwabe Holding's enterprise.

The following decisions were made as a result of the meeting: the Company's 2014 annual report and 2014 annual financial statements have been approved including the profit and loss account; the distribution of net profit gained by the enterprise upon the 2014 results as well as the payment of dividends have been approved; the new memberships of the Board of Directors and the Auditing Committee have been elected; the Company's auditor for 2015 and the new edition of the enterprise's Charter have been approved.

In 2014 the growth of earnings from sales of products, works and services has been equal to 127.3%, growth of net profit - 220.2%, growth of profitability with respect to net profit - 172.9%, growth of the output per employee - 125.6%.

The main objectives for 2015 for the State Institute of Applied Optics are the following: growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services - 113.6%, of output per worker - 123.4%.
