OREANDA-NEWS. Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, signed a decree, which is simplifying the registration of motor vehicles in the Crimea. Thus, the order of the President is satisfied, given to them during the "straight line".

Recall that during the "straight line" a resident of the peninsula of Crimea informed Vladimir Putin that while the Crimeans and residents of Russia, but in order to put the cars on the Russian registration, they must take them at first to the Ukraine. It is very difficult, and in general it is not clear "if you can bring back your transport from the Ukraine or not", so the registration procedure becomes impractical.

According to "Za rulem.RF", the Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, signed a decree, which solves the problem with the registration of vehicles in the Crimea with the absence of documentary evidence of ownership of the car. Now car owners and companies will be able to get temporary documents for a period of five years. During this time they will be able to confirm their ownership of transport, or dispose the object, for which it will be issued the relevant documents.

As it was indicated on the website of the government, these measures apply to Russian citizens living in the Crimea and Sevastopol, and who have the Russian citizenship after entering to the regions of the Russian Federation, on the Russians, who on the date of entry into force of the federal constitutional law lived in the Crimea, as well as to legal entities registered in these territories until March 18th, 2014.

To conduct registration actions it was approved a list of documents. In the future, when submitting by the owners of vehicles of documents that proving ownership of them, including the relevant treaties and court decisions, there is possible registration activity, associated with the change of the owner.
