OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2015. JSC Astana Finance (the "Company") has been informed by the Specialised Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty (the "SIEC") that the SIEC's hearing to consider and approve the Restructuring Plan is scheduled to take place at Bayzakov Street 273B at 4.00 p.m. Almaty time on 27 April 2015 and not on 29 April 2015 as currently indicated in the Company's information memorandum dated 6 March 2015 (the "Information Memorandum").

The Information Memorandum (as defined below) shall, with immediate effect, be amended in order to reflect the date for the hearing of SIEC indicated herein.

The Company will notify Claimants of the decision of the SIEC as soon as reasonably practicable after the hearing.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Information Memorandum.
