1. Domestic Production

(1) March 2015

Mazda's total production volume in March 2015 decreased 0.9% compared to March 2014 due to decreased production of commercial and passenger vehicles.

Mazda's domestic production volume in the period from April 2014 through March 2015 decreased 5.5% year-on-year due to decreased production of passenger and commercial vehicles.

2. Overseas Production

(1) March 2015

Mazda's overseas production volume in March 2015 increased 60.4% compared to March 2014, reflecting increased production of passenger vehicles.

Mazda's total overseas production volume in the period from April 2014 through March 2015 increased 53.5% year-on-year, due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in March 2015 increased 0.9% compared to March 2014 due to increased sales of passenger vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 6.6% (up 1.4 points year-on-year), with a 2.6% share of the micro-mini segment (down 0.4 points year-on-year) and a 5.0% total market share (up 0.6 points year-on-year).

(2) April 2014 through March 2015

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in the period from April 2014 through March 2015 decreased 7.8% year-on-year, due to decreased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.5% (up 0.2 points year-on-year), with a 2.4% share of the micro-mini segment (down 0.4 points year-on-year) and a 4.2% total market share (down 0.1 points year-on-year).
