OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2015. As part of the civil nuclear cooperation, India has entered into Inter-Governmental Agreements (IGA) with France, USA, Russia, Namibia, European Union, Canada, Argentina, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, some of whom are uranium producers and suppliers.

(b)        Agreements have been made with the following countries for supply of nuclear fuel:
