--Durham (NC) general obligation bonds series 2006B (prerefunded maturiites only);
--Durham (NC) general obligation bonds series 2008A (prerefunded maturiites only);
--Durham (NC) general obligation bonds series 2008B (prerefunded maturiites only);
--East Baton Rouge Parish (LA) road & street improvement sales tax revenue bonds series 2009A (prerefunded maturities only).
