Courtney Geduldig as Executive Vice President, Public Affairs, effective May 1, 2015.

She succeeds

Ted Smyth, who will be retiring pursuant to the company's longstanding retirement policies for senior executives. Mr. Smyth has been Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and special advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2009.

Ms. Geduldig is currently Managing Director, Global Government and Public Policy for McGraw Hill Financial, and was previously Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, Chief Counsel and Head of Federal Government Relations at the Financial Services Forum, Chief Financial Counsel to U.S. Senator

Bob Corker and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Banking and Finance at the U.S. Treasury Department.

In 2013 she co-authored the book Where the Jobs Are: Entrepreneurship and the Soul of the American Economy and has been widely interviewed regarding its proposals to stimulate job growth and remove impediments to new business growth in the United States.
