OREANDA-NEWS. "Research and Technological Institute of Optical Material Science of the All-Russian Scientific Centre "Vavilov State Optical Institute" OJSC held an annual general meeting of shareholders.

The following decisions were made as a result of the meeting: on the approval of the Company's annual statement and annual accounting statements for 2014, as well as the statement on profits and losses (profit and loss accounting); on the approval of the distribution of net profit received by the enterprise on the results of 2014 and on dividend payout based on activity results; on the election of a new Board of Directors and Audit commission; on the approval of the Company's auditor for 2015 and a new version of the enterprise's Charter.

In 2014 the growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services of "Research and Technological Institute of Optical Material Science of the All-Russian Scientific Centre "Vavilov State Optical Institute" OJSC amounted to 112.0%, of output per worker - 103.9%.

The main objectives for 2015 for the enterprise are the following: growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services - 112.2%, of output per worker - 122.1%.
