OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding enterprise Orion Scientific and Production Association OJSC held an annual general meeting of shareholders.

The following decisions were made as a result of the meeting: on the approval of the Company's annual statement and annual accounting statements for 2014, as well as the statement on profits and losses (profit and loss accounting); on the approval of the distribution of net profit received by the enterprise on the results of 2014 and on dividend payout; on the election of a new Board of Directors and Audit commission; on the approval of the Company's auditor for 2015 and a new version of the enterprise's Charter.

In addition, as a result of the meeting Anatoly Mikhailovich Filachev was elected as the CEO of Orion Scientific and Production Association OJSC.

In 2014 the growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services of the enterprise amounted to 109.9%, the growth of net profit - 111.5%, of net margin - 101.5%, the increase of output per2 worker - 116.3%.

The main objectives for 2015 for Orion Scientific and Production Association OJSC are the following: growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services - 128.4%, of output per worker - 127.8%.
