Juris Savickis informs that he in the result of final takeover bid will own 1 906 588 AS „Nordeka” ordinary shares.

Additionally Juris Savickis in the amended announcement is informing that between the submission of the final takeover bid documents to the FCMC and the start of the final takeover bid, he has acquired additional 650 shares.
