OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2015. For a second year in row, customers have highly rated Swedbank’s Internet Banking services, securing Swedbank the title of an outstanding service provider in the category E-Service. According to customers, Swedbank Internet Banking consistently provides high-quality service, saving both time and money.

For an 11th year running, the campaign Praise Good Service, aimed at encouraging growth of customer service culture in Latvia, invites the general public to evaluate service providers in three categories – Business to Consumer, Business to Business, and State and Municipal Institutions. This year during the campaign everyone had an opportunity to submit their praise for good service in 665 customer service locations. Over 50 000 praises were submitted in both customer service locations and online at www.labsserviss.lv in the course of the campaign.

This year, outstanding service awards were presented in 17 categories.The assessments were based not only on submitted praises, but also qualitative research. Entrants in the E-Service category were additionally evaluated by a special jury which included representatives of the Latvian Employers’ Confederation (LDDK).
