OREANDA-NEWS. On the site of the SEZ Togliatti in April, it is preparing to launch the second plant for the production of automotive components - "Siye Automotive Rus" (Spain). It will produce cast aluminum parts for automobile engines H4mk, localized production of which was launched at AvtoVAZ in mid-March. According to "Volga commune", the new production capacity will permit to produce 150 thousand units per year with the possibility of increasing to 300 thousand units. The planned volumes of 150 thousand parts are to be reached by plant in the mid-2015.

Investments in equipment of company were 35 million Euros. The company uses the free customs zone regime, which gives SEZ residents a zero import duty on imports of technological equipment. Full list of products includes head cover, oil pan with oil level sensor, timing cover, outlet of pipe cooling system, bracket accessory. In addition to the delivery for AvtoVAZ, it will be supply to the Renault plant in Turkey.

Until the end of 2015 the company plans to create 45 jobs, by the end of 2017 - about 150 jobs.
