OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company "Alliance Policy" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 27, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering shares of the company.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of shares in the period from August 22, 2014 to February 21, 2015;

- As of February 22, 2015 456,025 ordinary shares of the company were outstanding; its shareholders capital equaled to KZT6,116,827,000.00
