OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2015. Kaspersky Lab North America, together with Marketo, will hold a panel discussion today at Marketo’s Marketing Nation Summit. During the panel discussion, “Managing the Partner Lifecycle from Recruitment Through Onboarding and Engagement,” will discuss how Kaspersky Lab built a comprehensive program to onboard new partners by:
  • Utilizing behavioral and demographic scoring to better understand the partner recruitment and onboarding stages
  • Creating a multi-touch, multi-channel program to educate and train new partners using email, videos, phone calls, and other activities through Marketo, Salesforce, Brainshark, and a partner portal
  • Building an additional revenue model and lifecycle to track and report on potential and existing partners during recruitment, onboarding and training, sales enablement and business development, and ongoing engagement and management phases
  • Providing channel account managers with information that helps them identify, prioritize, and respond to specific partner issues
