OREANDA-NEWS. Dlala Holding announces the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Monday 13/4/2014 where the below decision was approved :

Increase the Company’s Capital with the Ratio of the 28% distributed bonus shares equal to 6,216,000 shares. Where the total shares of the Company shall become 28,416,000shares. Further to amending article no. (6) from the article of association of the Company to reflect such increase.
