OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2015. Minds + Machines announces that the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) has entered into a partnership with top-level domain ".law." The partnership provides LMA members the opportunity to submit an early expression of interest for ".law" domains before the domains are generally available.

In addition to submitting expressions of interest, LMA members will have access to the ".law" management team to answer questions and discuss this new generic top-level domain (gTLD) at the 2015 LMA Annual Conference, April 13-15, in San Diego.

"Participating in .law is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our members are innovative thinkers, and we want them to have exposure to this top-level domain as early as possible," noted LMA Executive Director Betsi Roach.

Owned by Minds + Machines, the ".law" top-level domain is dedicated to lawyers and law firms worldwide. The new domain offers lawyers an alternative to the overpopulated and unregulated ".com" domain.

"LMA is the most prominent legal marketing organization in the US, and we are honoured to share our vision with their membership," said Lou Andreozzi, CEO of .law.

Lou Andreozzi, the recently appointed CEO of .law, is a former Chairman of Bloomberg Law and CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal Markets, Martindale Hubbell and lawyers.com.
