OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding enterprise Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC held a meeting of the Board of Directors.

Several decisions were made as a result of the meeting, including decisions on the formation since March 27, 2015 of a temporary sole executive body of Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC - interim CEO, and on the appointment starting March 27, 2015 of Vasily Aleksandrovich Morozov as the interim CEO of Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC.
