OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding enterprise Scientific and Production Association "State Institute of Applied Optics" OJSC held a pre-annual meeting of the Board of Directors.

Several decisions were made as a result of the meeting, including decisions on the preliminary approval of the Company's annual statement and annual accounting statements for 2014, as well as the statement on profits and losses (profit and loss accounting), on the approval of the core budget and the enterprise development budget for 2015; approval of the distribution of revenues and dividend payout.

In 2014 the growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services of the enterprise amounted to 127.3%, the growth of net profit - 220.2%, of net margin - 172.9%, the increase of output per worker - 125.6%.

The main objectives for 2015 for the State Institute of Applied Optics are the following: growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services - 113.6%, of output per worker - 123.4%.
