OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding enterprise E. S. Yalamov Ural Optical Mechanics Plant OJSC held a pre-annual meeting of the Board of Directors.

Several decisions were made as a result of the meeting, including decisions on the preliminary approval of the Company's annual statement and annual accounting statements for 2014, as well as the statement on profits and losses (profit and loss accounting), on the approval of the core budget and the enterprise development budget for 2015.

In 2014 the growth of net profit of E. S. Yalamov Ural Optical Mechanics Plant amounted to 137.4%, the increase of output per worker - 117.3%.

The main objectives for 2015 for the enterprise are the following: growth of revenues from sales of products, works, and services - 132.8%, of net profit - 138.5%, of net margin - 104.3%, of output per worker - 155.6%.
