OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2015. At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine it was presented the electronic system of online services that enables entrepreneurs to register their business and get the certificate, extract or abstract without leaving home.

During the presentation of the electronic services of the Ministry of Justice and the Open Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that now every citizen of Ukraine could get any information on all business entities registered in Ukraine.

"Avoid standing in line, avoid paying bribes, avoid waiting three weeks - but just at home on the computer to fill in an application, to make payment and print a certificate," he said.

From now on, to receive the form no digital signature or other identifiers aren’t needed. It’s enough just to pay for the service using your own bank card on the corresponding website.

A unique identification code is assigned to each document. A banker or a representative of another institution will be able to easily check its authenticity by entering the assigned number on the website.

Before, to get necessary documents entrepreneurs had to spend several hours to several days. Presently an appropriate service can be used by anyone who will pass just a few minutes without visiting the state authorities.
