OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow in the city of Khabarovsk provided the first loan within "Mortgage with State Support" programme.

In current conditions the programme is a unique product aimed at housing affordability increase for the Bank's clients. Within the framework of the programme an opportunity to purchase a housing from a legal person-developer is provided. The housing may be either under construction in compliance with Federal Law 214, or set in operation.

A woman who lives in the city of Khabarovsk and bought an apartment from one of the leading real-estate developers of the city, became the first participant in the programme. The staff of the Mortgage Lending Division congratulated the borrower, granted a certificate of the programme participant and promo gifts.

Alexander Kravchuk, the Director of Khabarovsk Branch of the Bank of Moscow, noted that the Branch positively accepted the recent changes in mortgage lending regarding the new possibilities of financing with state support. "This instrument will let activate the real estate market in the Territory and the city and will facilitate further development of housing construction. The Center of Mortgage Lending of the Bank of Moscow in the city of Khabarovsk will continue its active participation in this programme," he said.

The Bank of Moscow has actively joined "Mortgage with State Support" Programme. As of today 750 applications to the amount of 1.7 billion roubles have been accepted. In 2015 within the program the Bank, it is planning to provide over 20 billion rubles of mortgage loans.
