JSC "RIGAS FARMACEITISKA FABRIKA" informs that Financial and Capital Market Commission on 1st April 2015 has taken decision to allow to announce a public offer on 1 430 000 registered shares of JSC "R?GAS FARMACEITISK? FABRIKA". Nominal value of one share is set EUR 1.40.

Public offer will be announced for the new emission of the JSC "RIGAS FARMACEITISKA FABRIKA" which are not put into public circulation and are not be included on the regulated market.

Opening of the subscription to the shares of a new issue will be announced separately.
