KMK Munai JSC (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on a meeting of Board of Directors on March 30, 2015 by of absentee voting the progress report on KMK Munai performance indicators for 2014 and work plan for 2015 were approved".
