OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary insurance company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk-Kazakhinstrakh" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 27, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the company's shares.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the company's shares for the period from January 9 to July 8, 2014;

- No shares of the company were offered in the reporting period; as of July 8, 2014 87,204 remained unplaced; its share capital equaled to KZT4,587,895,000.00.
