OREANDA-NEWS. Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanai) whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following decisions of the Company's Board of Directors of March 30, 2015:

"...Powers of member of Management Board of Bayan Sulu Dulat Akhmetzhanov were terminated early. Natalya Shapovalova, the Company's production director, was elected to Management Board".
