OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following decisions of the bank's Board of Directors of March 20, 2015:

"...1. Releasing Alina Anikina from the occupied position of Operations director, member of Management Board of SB "Alfa-Bank" as of April 1, 2015

2. Appointing Alina Anikina to the position of Deputy Chairman of Management Board, member of Management Board of SB "Alfa-Bank" as of April 1, 2015."
