OREANDA-NEWS. April 02, 2015. A leading housebuilding and construction group has selected Tungsten Corporation plc (LSE:TUNG), the global electronic invoicing, analytics and invoice financing company, for e-Invoicing and Purchase Order services.

e-Invoicing streamlines the complex invoice-to-pay process and facilitates straight-through processing and prompt payment for suppliers. It enables large organisations to receive legally compliant invoices directly into their accounting systems, which saves time and costs associated with processing paper invoices, while making the accounts payable (AP) process more productive.

"This large customer is an important addition to Tungsten's e-Invoicing network as we increase the number of companies using our services, and enhance the "network effect" for our users by adding companies in industries where we already have a significant presence, like construction," said Tungsten Group CEO Edmund Truell.

"The company's suppliers will also benefit from Tungsten's Invoice Status service, which grants them full visibility of the progress and status of their submitted invoices, which will in turn significantly reduce the number of vendor inquiries received by the customer's AP department."
