Former KFN common shareholders who received KKR common units as a result of KKR's acquisition of KFN's common shares on April 30, 2014, will be receiving two Schedule K-1s for 2014: (1) a 2014 KFN Schedule K-1 for the period from January 1 to April 30, and (2) a 2014 KKR Schedule K-1 for the period from May 1 to December 31.

Following these online releases, 2014 Schedule K-1 tax forms for all holders of KKR and KFN will be printed and mailed as soon as practicable.
