Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 19, 2015, on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of placement of bonds KZP03Y10E059 (KZ2C00001964, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, CSBNb12) of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period from August 8, 2014 to February 7, 2015.

According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the reporting period; 50,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced as of August 7, 2014.
