OREANDA-NEWS. AviaSolutions, a GE Capital Aviation Services company, today announced it completed a project for the UK Department for International Development (DFID) to arrange air service to the island of St. Helena beginning in 2016. On March 17, DFID announced the appointment of Comair Limited to provide weekly scheduled service between South Africa and St. Helena Airport when it opens in 2016.
