Charlemagne Capital ("Charlemagne"), the emerging markets equities specialist is pleased to announce that it has been awarded "Best Fund Group over Three Years" in the "Equity - Small" category of the Lipper Fund Awards for Europe, Germany, and, for the second year in a row, Austria and Switzerland.

The awards recognise Charlemagne Capital's consistently strong risk-adjusted performance earning it the highest Lipper Leader rating for consistent returns. The Lipper Fund Awards programme recognises the achievements of funds and fund management firms that have excelled in consistently strong risk-adjusted performance, relative to their peers in 17 countries across the globe.

In addition to the Lipper Awards, Charlemagne's Magna MENA Fund has also been awarded the "MENA Fund Manager Performance Awards 2015" for MENA equity funds over USD 50 million. The Magna MENA Fund has delivered extremely strong performance over the course of the past three years and in 2014 recorded returns of 48.3%.

Charlemagne's Magna Mutual Funds range has consistently delivered strong relative performance with its key investment strategies. A disciplined, bottom-up stock picking process has meant that Charlemagne has continued to see growth opportunities across the emerging markets. Assets under management in the Magna range stand at USD 654m, having grown by 16.8% in 2014.
