OREANDA-NEWS. Naftogaz has published consolidated financial statements for 2012-2013 based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The audit was performed by Deloitte, a leading international professional services firm.

In 2013, Naftogaz did not prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS for the preceding year. In spring 2014 the new management of Naftogaz started to prepare financial statements for both 2012 and 2013. In July 2014, Deloitte won a tender to audit the group's consolidated financial statements for 2012-2013. Deloitte is continuing work on Naftogaz' IFRS accounts for 2014.
