Kokshetau Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 20, 2015 on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of placement of bonds KZ2C0Y10E396 (KZ2C00001956, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, GLDCb1) of Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty) in the period from July 11, 2014 to January 10, 2015.

According to the letter provided, as of January 10, 2015, 5,008, 610,304 bonds were outstanding.
