AvtoVAZ strengthens its dealers
OREANDA-NEWS. Strengthening of dealers of AvtoVAZ and improving the quality of their work will contribute to the growth of the share of Lada in the Russian market. It was stated by the president of AvtoVAZ, Bo Andersson, at the annual conference of the managers of Lada. Representatives of 330 companies of sales and service network of AvtoVAZ discussed the increase of customer satisfaction, sales and service strategy in 2015 and received full information about the immediate prospects of the brand Lada.
"AvtoVAZ need professional, motivated dealers”, - said Bo Andersson. - Our company - has the largest in the country dealer network, so with your help, we expect the raising our market share in Russia to 20%, including major cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, and others, and that the current crisis is not a hindrance. This is facilitated by the increasing quality of cars Lada - in 2014 it increased by 50%. And our new modern model Lada Vesta and XRAY - are our answers to the challenges of this difficult period”.
The President asked his colleagues whether the plant implemented the undertaken in 2014 commitments: improving margins, the introduction of three-year warranty, the increase rate of warranty repair, direct delivery of spare parts and maintenance training. Representatives of different regions have confirmed that for the all dealerships these conditions are met. Measurable improvement in the quality of cars, and as a result, the reduction of warranty repair, the production of new modifications, which caused a surge of consumer interest, beginning of work on pre-orders and shorter delivery of vehicles - dramatic positive changes in AvtoVAZ were noted by the conference participants - leaders of dealerships Lada.
Obligations for the dealers – are the commitment to customers, said the experts at the conference of AvtoVAZ. During the development of the model range and strengthen of the dealer network, AvtoVAZ chose several directions. First, it was set a course for high quality and equipment of cars. In the second quarter of this year it will be introduced the improvement at Lada Granta and Kalina (more efficient insulation, auto start, new upholstery), Largus will get the improved wiper and parking sensors, Lada 4x4 - new wheels. Secondly, the company intends to develop the work by pre-orders. Dealers should be able to get at the appointed time any of 150 produced at AvtoVAZ vehicle configurations. Third, the plant will continue to raise the level of localization of production. Fourth, it will supplement the product line. All these steps will help dealers to increase sales and become more competitive.
