OREANDA-NEWS. The Bosch eBike Systems service network continues to grow. Since March 2015 Arnaud Viac has been the new Bosch eBike Systems technical adviser in France. Viac supports the trade with training sessions and individual advice on maintenance, service and sales. He looks after dealers all over France and French-speaking dealers in Belgium and Switzerland.

Technical advisers’ twofold function
By hiring additional technical advisers Bosch eBike Systems is intensifying its on-site support for dealers. Technical advisers now work for Bosch eBike Systems in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland. “Experience in other countries and markets shows that our technical advisers provide dealers with valuable assistance,” says Ulrich Lippmann, Head of Service at Bosch eBike Systems. “The technical advisers are also our direct link to the trade. France is a large and important market for Bosch eBike Systems and I am delighted we have been able to hire in Arnaud Viac a technical adviser with an outstanding knowledge of this market.”
