"We continue to manufacture cars BMW, KIA and Hyundai; we also plan to launch new models. In particular, the plant in Kaliningrad is launching a new model Kia Sorento and it produces BMW X6 model of 2015," - a spokesman said.
As previously reported, since March "Avtotor" froze the production capacity (up to 50% of total capacity), involved in the production of cars General Motors. The company refused to produce them in Kaliningrad. In this regard, the Russian company will cut about 500 employees until June.
