OREANDA-NEWS. State support of the automotive industry in 2015 will be different and more diverse and larger amounts than in the 2014th. This statement was made on the "Russian Automotive Forum" by Alexander Morozov, director of transport and special engineering of Ministry of Industry and Trade. Some of the proposals of the Ministry were practically adopted (regulations are in the process of signing or they have already been signed, voiced allocated amounts, work is in progress by others).

- So, for a program of renovation of the vehicle parc it is planned to allocate 15 billion Rubles: 10 - for the first quarter of 2015, 5 – for the second (recall that in 2014 the amount of funding, allocated by the State under this program, was about 12 billion rubles).

- In continuation of the program to stimulate demand for buses and equipment for utilities, working on motor fuel, it will be allocated in 2015 3 billion Rubles. In this case, the Ministry of Industry appealed to the government with the request to perform in the first half of this year the amount of public funding for the industry, which is incorporated in the framework of the federal budget - to stimulate demand in this difficult period of the automotive market as much as possible.

- On April 1st, it will be launched the program of preferential car loans (in the designed rule, published March 19, 2015, the cost of the federal budget for reimbursement of lost revenues to Russian credit institutions should be 1.5 billion Rubles this year). Target indicator of Ministry of Industry and Trade by the program – is to stimulate the purchase of about 200 thousand cars. The state expects to encourage consumers for a purchase of other 30-35 thousand cars by launching the program at the expense of operational car leasing for individuals (to subsidize a part of the initial payment).

- The government is also preparing to release a draft resolution on the transition to a monthly payment of so-called block of industrial subsidies, under which the government subsidizes for domestic automakers the part of costs, associated with the organization and content of the jobs, the part of costs for the energy costs, the costs of production of vehicles with Euro -4, Euro 5. Last year, the subsidy had a quarterly basis, this year it comes to monthly subsidies - so that enterprises have more opportunities for maneuver by the part of the working capital.

- In addition, traditional measures of support will continue to work (Resolution 640), in which the state subsidizes businesses a part of the interest on loans, taken for re-equipment and modernization. As part of this project it is scheduled for 2015 the sum of 5 billion Rubles.
