OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ will invest about 100 billion Rubles in the updated model range, which in September of this year will join the new flagship sedan Lada Vesta, and in December - crossover XRAY.

"We have to run Lada Vesta and Lada XRAY in time, with the right price and the right quality”, - said the president of AvtoVAZ, Bo Andersson. - We need to restructure the work with suppliers. We need to improve the management culture of the company. We will improve customer satisfaction. We will continue to improve the processes of engineering, procurement and production, and reduce costs”. 

According to the head of AvtoVAZ, the quality of serial production for the last year it has grown by 50%, in accordance with the data from the service network and directly from customers. One of the leaders by quality became Lada Priora: consumers have appreciated the update of model that was held one and a half years ago, the positive role was played by reconstruction of the assembly line.
